For the purposes of this book, I spent even more time in the kitchen, tested even more dishes, expanded my knowledge of nutrition and devised new exercise sets. I did everything with a view to adjusting my advise to your individual needs.

It is my first book about a healthy lifestyle. It is divided into 3 parts called “Pillars of Life”:

  1. Eating.
  2. Inner balance.
  3. Sport.

The book provides fundamental information on food ingredients, vitamins and micronutrients, the glycemic index and food recipes. To make it easier, I arranged them by months to make you cook with seasonal vegetables and fruit.

In the book, there are also training plans for strengthening stomach muscles, with dumbbells and for body-shaping. “Żyj zdrowo i aktywnie” book is also a great dose of motivation and positive thinking.
