Almonds, which are the main ingredient of the spread, are seeds of the almond tree (not nuts, as it is believed), which are a source of monounsaturated fats, thanks to which they support the functioning of the heart and impact the maintenance of an appropriate level of cholesterol. They relieve stress and soothe nerves, as well as improve memory and concentration. They decrease blood sugar levels and regulate metabolism. They are recommended for nausea and heartburn.
Chocolate contains 60% cocoa and is free of lactose and lecithin. Cocoa is rich in antioxidants; it is also a source of magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, potassium, vitamins from B group and fibre. It has a great impact on mood improvement.
Coconut flesh, i.e. white and fleshy lining of the hard coconut shell, is rich in fibre, potassium, magnesium, and folic acid. However, the highest health value is attributed to saturated fatty acids in the coconut.

Store the spread in a dry and cool place. To be used within 3 months of opening. Oil separates from the spread in a natural manner. Mix the contents of the jar before use.
