Before you is my mixture of cereals with the addition of dried fruits: dates, apple and banana. Thanks to the innovative method of drying at low temperature, the maximum nutritional value has been preserved.

Oatmeal is a healthy, delicious and quick meal during the day! This set will be especially appreciated by people exposed to high physical effort. Quickly digestible simple sugars from dates and bananas will provide energy and help to replenish the deficiency of glycogen and potassium in the body. The presence of an apple supplements the meal with vitamin C and fiber.

Ingredients: oat flakes, millet flakes, dried dates, spelled flakes, dried apple with banana puree (apple, banana puree, natural banana flavor), dried banana puree, dried apple, barley flakes, raisins, dried concentrated carrot juice, dried honey, cinnamon

A method of preparing:

Pour over the mixture with 100 ml of hot water or warm plant-based milk and mix thoroughly. Wait 3 minutes. You can also pour muesli with cold plant milk or mix it with yoghurt. Enjoy your meal!
