She found a solution to speed up the whole process! Her vegetable spreads are delicious, natural snacks that you can eat quickly with your favorite side dish and easily return to your activities. They consist of vegetables and legumes, combined in perfect proportions. They guarantee great taste. Perfectly selected spices add even more uniqueness.

The base of the spreads are cooked chickpeas or lentils and peas. It is a source of protein that is very nutritious. Vegetable pastes do not contain lactose, so they are a great proposition for vegans and vegetarians.

I often get the impression that everything tastes better on vacation. That is why I created a paste that evokes the wonderful taste of Indian dishes and the aromas of the South. Cumin, turmeric, coriander and cardamom will take you on a culinary journey. You don’t have to leave home to feel like in sunny India for a moment.

Ingredients: cooked lentils 23%, cooked peas 23%, water, carrots, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, onion, lemon juice, sea salt, garlic, turmeric 0.3%, garam masala (cumin 0.3%, cardamom, nutmeg ), coriander, cinnamon 0.2%
