Description

Summer inspired me to prepare a new cocktail.

Strawberries are a wealth of iron, potassium, fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamins E and C. They are an excellent snack for diabetics due to the low glycemic index. Accelerate the burning of fats, carbohydrates and improve metabolism. The richness of pectin cleanses the intestines of food residues and has a beneficial effect on the natural bacterial flora.

Lucuma – it’s a very sweet fruit, but a low glycemic index makes it recommended for diabetics. The orange color betrays the richness of beta-carotenes. It is also a source of nutrients such as: magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin C and those from group B as well as fiber and antioxidants, which lucuma owes its properties to. First of all, it helps to reduce body mass, supports the work of the digestive system, nervous and autoimmune. It helps stop time because it reduces oxidative stress and slows down the aging process of the body.

Maca is a source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron, sulfur, zinc and vitamins B1, B2, C and E. Thanks to the presence of 18 amino acids perfectly complements the diet of vegetarians, it also lowers blood pressure and supports cancer prevention. It improves the blood supply to the blood vessels, so it is considered an aphrodisiac and has a positive effect on the fertility of women and men. It is also a great anti-depressant.

Use the post-training Shake up to 30 minutes after training, it will supplement the energy deficiency and allow the body to persevere to the post-workout meal.

30g of the mixture should be added to water or vegetable milk and shake thoroughly. Drink within 10 minutes of preparation
