Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday), orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend as well as Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following working day.

Orders are either send by Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS or An Post (Ireland Only). We have full rights to charge delivery company without prior notice.


The content of the package does not match the order. What do I do now?

Firstly, we’re sorry! Not to worry, please contact us by emailing Don’t forget to include the order number as well as what is the missing item.

There was a damaged item in my order. What should I do next?

Oups! We’re sorry please take pictures of the package from the outside. Then take photos of the destroyed product and send them to We will then arrange the return process. If the parcel arrives damaged please ask the driver to report it damaged.

I would like to return an item – how do I go about it?

Firstly, we’re sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind. We can offer a full refund on any unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of your receiving the goods. Simply drop us an email to and we will send you instructions as to how to return the items. Please note, we will only issue refund the sum you have paid for the product, exclusive of any postage fees.
