Why gluten-free oatmeal?
There is a protein fraction in oatmeal called avenin. According to research, it is the least harmful type of plant protein for people on a gluten-free diet. The main problem, however, is that in the production process, oats can become contaminated with gluten, mainly wheat. This happens when oats are grown alongside wheat, are transported together, stored together, and processed with the same machines. My cereal is 100% gluten-free as it has not come into contact with gluten at any stage.
A method of preparing:
Pour 50 g of milk, plant milk or water, mix thoroughly and set aside for 3 minutes. Muesli is also perfect as an addition to yoghurt.
