Raw non-alkalized cocoa has the most valuable properties. Its seeds are neither roasted nor roasted, but only fermented and dried. Seeds intended for the production of traditional cocoa are subjected to high temperature, which preserves less nutritional value than raw ones.

Cocoa is great for smoothies, drinks, pastries, desserts, oatmeal, as a topping, e.g. for pancakes or power balls.
