My grain smoothie bowl with gluten-free oat flakes and fruit. Perfect for a delicious, fast and filling small meal, for breakfast or as a snack during the day. It does not contain any artificial additives or preservative. It is also very easy to prepare. Pineapples contain Bromelanin – an enzyme that has anti-inflammatory, anti-swelling and slimming properties. Bananas are primarily the source of potassium which lowers the blood pressure. They are also the source of vitamins A, C, E, K and those from the B group. Bananas can reduce the risk of kidney cancer and ulcers, as well as help to prevent indigestion and bloating. Peaches, thanks to phenol, neutralise free radicals and support the immune system. They are recommended to people struggling with hypertension as they do not contain fat or sodium.
