Spicy Carrot and Tomato is a great idea for a small meal, when you are tight on time. The soup is very aromatic and filling. It does not contain preservatives or artificial additives. Just pour in warm water, mix it and it’s ready!

Carrots are the best source of carotenoids. They contain beta-carotene which is necessary for the formation of vitamin A, an antioxidant. Beta-carotene guarantees proper functioning of the eyesight, strengthens immunity system and delays aging.

Tomatoes are a source of lycopene, which is the strongest antioxidant from the carotenoids group. They are also rich in potassium which is beneficial to the heart. Pectins that are abundant in tomatoes lower cholesterol level in the blood. Thanks to bromine in this beautiful fruit, tomatoes also have a beneficial influence on the nervous system.
