Spicy Sweet potato soup is a great idea for a small meal, when you are tight on time. The soup is very aromatic and filling. It does not contain preservatives or artificial additives. Just pour in warm water, mix it and it’s ready!

Sweet potatoes are a great source of carbohydrates. They are easy to digest and rich in vitamins and minerals. These vitamins and minerals are abundant in Sweet Potato: calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and iron. Sweet potatoes also contain B vitamins (mainly B6), vitamin C and E. They have a lower glycemic index (54) than potatoes (60) as well. Sweet potatoes have anti-inflammatory properties due to the presence of beta-carotene. Furthermore, they contain lutein, which improves eyesight.
