I’ve waited a long time for it, one of my favourite flavour compositions, it tastes wonderful and gives me strength after each workout.

Apples are a real treasure that Mother Nature gave to us: they lower cholesterol, which prevents atherosclerosis and heart attacks, thanks to the presence of antioxidants,

they help absorb calcium, so they have a very positive effect on the condition of our bones, teeth, nails and hair, silicon improves bone structure and elasticity of blood vessels, iron prevents anemia, pectin cleanses the body of toxins and regulates the intestinal bacterial flora, potassium is responsible for the transport of water in the body.

Cinnamon is not only an excellent addition to dishes:  has antibacterial and antifungal properties, reduces blood sugar levels, inhibits the absorption of carbohydrates in the small intestine, it delays aging processes, improves circulation.
