Vegetable soup with spices is a great idea for a small meal, when you do not have enough time to prepare it by yourself. The soup is very aromatic and filling. It does not contain preservatives and artificial additives. Just pour in warm water, mix it and it’s ready!

Zucchini is easily digestible and has a low glycemic index (15). It is a source of vitamin A, beta-carotene, potassium, iron and magnesium, as well as vitamin C, K, B1 and PP. It is low in calories, in 100g it provides only 21 kcal. Zucchini does not accumulate heavy metals, so it can be given to children.

Broccoli is a very good source of potassium – in 100g it contains up to 295mg of this mineral. It helps to lower the blood pressure. The vegetable is rich in vitamin C which is essential in the production of collagen. Broccoli has a low glycemic index (15) and chromium, so that there are no rapid fluctuations in glucose and insulin levels in the blood. Broccoli contains sulforaphane which has strong anti-cancer properties. In addition, sulforaphane destroys Helicobacter pylori which is a cause of ulcers and gastritis.

How to prepare:

Add 180 ml of hot water to the mix and stir it thoroughly. Bon appétit!
