Pudding is a great, nutritious and natural alternative for people who value healthy and quick, small snacks. It does not contain artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Just pour hot milk or water, mix it well and it is ready!

Pineapples contain bromelanin – an enzyme that has anti-inflammatory, anti-swelling and slimming properties.

Spirulina is rich in protein and easily digestible iron, magnesium and potassium. Thanks to the presence of pigments it has antioxidant properties and can protect from the development of tumors.

How to prepare:

Add 50 ml of hot milk to the mix and stir it thoroughly. Bon appétit!
