How to prepare Foods by Ann’s homemade wheat-free bread?
Preparing our wheat-free bread is really easy! You don’t need specialized equipment or a long list of ingredients – all you need is a wooden spoon or mixer, water and added fat. We recommend coconut oil, which is a valuable support for the body, and will add a delicate coconut flavor to your bread.

How do you make homemade bread with grains? Pour the mixture into a tall bowl, add 320 ml of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix the dough with a spoon, mixer or whisk and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Knead the dough for a few minutes by hand, then with wet hands form a loaf and place it in the baking pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (with thermo), for 45-50 minutes. Let the bread cool for at least 3 hours before taking the first bite. Serve with your favorite vegetable paste, jam or Foods by Ann cream.
