In front of you is my mixture of cereals with the addition of dried fruit: raspberries, cherries and strawberries. Thanks to the innovative method of drying at low temperature, the maximum nutritional value has been preserved.

Oatmeal is a healthy, delicious and quick meal during the day! The mixture of red fruits provides a large amount of flavonoids that support antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying processes.

Ingredients: oat flakes, barley flakes, dried apple, millet flakes, dried raspberry, spelled flakes, rye flakes, dried cherry, dried concentrated cherry juice, dried concentrated strawberry juice, dried honey, dried concentrated carrot juice, dried concentrated beet juice, seeds Spanish sage (chia)

A method of preparing:

Pour over the mixture with 100 ml of hot water or warm plant-based milk and mix thoroughly. Wait 3 minutes. You can also pour muesli with cold plant milk or mix it with yoghurt. Enjoy your meal!
